All products from Cakes by Lyza are handmade, custom, and perishable, and therefore cannot be resold or returned once delivered or collected. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, taste preferences, or if incorrect information is provided during ordering.
Refunds or replacements are only considered where there is a genuine issue with the product’s quality or condition, and sufficient evidence (such as photos) is provided within 24 hours of receipt. Decisions regarding refunds or replacements are made at our discretion and in line with this policy.

Cancellations
Orders cancelled more than 7 days before the collection/delivery date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation will have begun.
Refunds and Replacements
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details.
Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion.
